Who We Are
Valor Technical Consulting, LLC is a forensic consulting firm providing forensic engineering, forensic meteorology, and property and facility condition assessment services. This site is a temporary page while our full website is prepared; it exists to identify the firm and to accept new-matter referrals.
What This Site Collects
The only personal information this site collects is what you choose to type into the referral form: your contact information (name, email address, phone number, company, and role) and the matter details you provide (what happened, when and where it happened, and the property involved). This site uses no cookies, no analytics, no advertising trackers, and no other monitoring of any kind. When you submit the form, our system also records basic technical details of the submission, such as the network address it came from, which are used only to screen out automated abuse.
How It Is Used
Referral submissions are delivered to our intake team and used only to review and respond to your referral. After you submit, we send an email asking you to confirm your address; the referral is not reviewed until you confirm. We do not sell, rent, or share the information with anyone, and we do not add you to any mailing list.
How Long It Is Kept
Referral records are retained as ordinary business records. If a referral becomes an engaged matter, the information you provided becomes part of the matter file.

Children
This site is not directed to children under thirteen, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
